Independent consultants

We work with independent consultants from time to time, so if you have expertise in human rights or environmental issues in the tea sector (or relevant transferable skills) please send us your CV and we will bear you in mind for future projects.

Volunteers & interns

We welcome applications from volunteers and young people interested in internships. Please note that the kind of work we need help with is desk-based research, inputting data etc. We do not offer internships or volunteerships that involve travel to tea-growing countries. If we have the capacity to do so at that time, we will discuss with you how best to match your skills and needs to our goals.

Trustees

Our Trustees bring a wealth of experience to THIRST. If a vacancy arises, we would seek individuals who can help steer THIRST’s work, keep it well-resourced and effective. THIRST’s board values knowledge of the tea sector, of ethical trade, inernational law, global supply chains, trade unionism, and fundraising.
